What's the job?

  • Talk to users over text/chat.
  • Have conversations with users over video calls.
  • Support users in need by answering questions and guiding them to the solutions.
  • Gather feedback from users.
  • Work alongside the community team and the design/dev teams to find solutions to user requests.
  • Identify and organize user feedback for bugs, requests, or suggestions.


Required Experience

  • Experience (1+ years) with user support through text, voice.
  • Understanding of the creative space.
  • Understanding of the basics of 3d and design tools.
  • Understanding of how the web-based apps work and how to identify issues on technical processes.
